"We don't point fingers. We take responsibility for everything."
Gordon Meltzer

It is our number one priority to make sure you, the client, are happy with your computer system.

We provide high quality systems of which both our clients and our employees can be proud. We strive to introduce a computer system smoothly into the clients' office environment and customize the system so it accomplishes their goals, is as easy as possible to use, and is reasonably secure from downtime and data loss.

We recognize that computer systems can have tremendous impact on our clients and the way they serve their own clients. Our goal is to help them become more efficient and profitable with the right computer system.

We deal fairly and openly with our clients, employees, and suppliers, recognizing that all must work in concert to produce excellent systems.

Change is the way of life in the computer business. We must accept change and utilize it so that it is empowering and energizing.

Gordon Meltzer grew up in Stamford, Connecticut and was, from childhood, and electronics hobbyist. By age 15 he was studying and building early computer systems.

In 1986, working in the music business in New York City, he developed systems packages for use by touring concert managers worldwide. He pioneered the electronic transmission of financial and production data from touring concert organizations back to management headquarters by the data network precursor to email.
